Pineapple Pina
Pineapple Pina is inspired by a love of freshly muddled drinks. This cocktail is a mix of luscious, full flavors with Agavero as the spicy base that binds them together.
Pineapple Pina – created by The Intoxicologist
5 Pineapple Chunks (for muddling)
1/2 ounce Cassis Liqueur
3/4 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1 ounce Agavero
1-1/2 ounce Van Gogh Pineapple Vodka
3-4 Pineapple Chunks for Garnish
Place fresh pineapple chunks, Cassis and fresh lemon juice in the bottom of cocktail shaker. Muddle. Pour in Agavero, Van Gogh Pineapple Vodka and ice. Shake vigorously for ten to fifteen seconds. Strain into a well chilled martini glass. Garnish with skewered pineapple chunks.
