Dragon Coco-Teani – created by The Intoxicologist

This cocktail is lightly sweet.  The half coconut sugared rim serves the purpose of adding toasted coconut sweetness for those who wish for a little more while adding the visual effect only for those who prefer only the sweetness the cocktail offers.  Vanilla coconut tea provides sharpness that enhances the nuttiness already buried within the Dragon Bleu Vodka.  Include the coconut water with its lightly sweet freshness and yet another dimension helps round out the Dragon Coco-Teani.  As this liquid continues to sit in the glass, the tea fuses with the Dragon to enrich its qualities to glorious proportions.  The vanilla and coconut become sharper, yet remain soothingly balanced as the liquid rolls over the tongue with sophisticated charm.

Dragon Coco-Teani – created by The Intoxicologist

2 ounces Dragon Bleu Vodka

2 ounces The Republic of Tea Vanilla Coconut White Tea (prepared)

3/4 ounce Vita Coco 100% Coconut Water

1/4 ounce Bar Syrup

Stirrings Pina Colada Rimmer & additional bar syrup for rimming

Prepare The Republic of Tea Vanilla Coconut White Tea as per instructions on container.  Set aside and allow to cool.  Dip finger into bar syrup and lightly rim half of the martini glass rim.  Dip lip of glass into the Stirrings Pina Colada Rimmer.  Set aside.  Once tea has cooled, combine designated amounts of liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.  Shake for fifteen seconds to chill.  Strain into the half rimmed martini glass.
