July starts off with a bang and it has nothing to do with Fourth of July this time.  Pinky Vodka introduces the Pinky Cocktail of the Month.  All the fuss in July is about getting Tickled Pinky.  This little number is effortless to build, beautiful to behold and Pinky sworn to please your palate. 

Tickled Pinky – created by T.J. Ramini, Ma’Kai Lounge

1 part Pinky Vodka

1/2 part Lychee Puree

½ part Fresh Lemon Juice

2 parts Cranberry Juice

Splash of Simple Syrup

4 Raspberries

Combine all ingredients, including raspberries, and shake over ice in a cocktail shaker.  Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a skewered raspberry.  *Lychee puree may be made by blending canned lychees.
