There has been quite a fuss, stir, ruckus, commotion if you will. All of it about Knob Creek disappearing slowly from liquor store shelves. It seems the nine year aging time frame and consumer demand didn’t quite balance out. Some areas of the country are still fairing well with Knob Creek bottles (full ones) lined up on shelves while other areas have begun seeing a trend of consumer hoarding. You know who you are.
Fred Noe and the Whiskey Professors will take center stage Tuesday, September 1 at 4:00pm (EST) with a live webcast from the Knob Creek House in Clermont, Kentucky, to kick off National Bourbon Heritage Month and address the current situation surrounding Knob Creek.
