4 measures Irish Cream

1/3 cup Mascarpone

1/4 cup Espresso

2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

3 Cubes Ice

Chocolate Syrup

Drizzle chocolate syrup inside two chilled martini glasses. Set aside. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until completely smooth. Divide equally between two prepared martini glasses.
