This cocktail is dessert pie quality smooth with double touch of spice added due to the Voyant Chai liqueur and cinnamon and sugar rim.
Winter Slumber Cocktail Recipe
Winter Slumber – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist
1 ounce Whiskey or Bourbon
1/2 ounce Hiram Walker Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
1/4 ounce Voyant Chai Liqueur
1-1/2 ounce Heavy Whipping Cream
Cinnamon & Sugar
Mix equal parts cinnamon sugar. Place in a shallow dish. Rim edge of a chilled cocktail glass with thin coating of pumpkin spice liqueur. Dip rim of glass into the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Set aside while mixing cocktail.
Place whiskey or bourbon, liqueurs and heavy whipping cream in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into prepared cocktail glass.
