Rogue Pirate is a variation on the Bulldog, which usually contains Half & Half with Cola topper. It is also sometimes made with Vodka rather than Rum as used here. Root beer complements the spiced rum flavors and vanilla roundness. Perhaps appropriate for a laid back evening with friends or during game time.

1 ounce Spiced Rum
1 ounce Coffee Liqueur
1 ounce Chocolate Milk
1 ounce Root Beer
Place first three ingredients in large rocks glass over fresh ice. Stir. Top with root beer.
