Fish House Punch – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist

Makes 8 – 3 ounce portions

1 cup Shellback Spiced Rum

3/4 cup Light Orange Juice

3/4 cup Pineapple Juice

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Grenadine

Dash of Classic Bitters

Maraschino Cherry & Pineapple Slice Garnish

Combine all liquids except bitters in punch bowl or pitcher. Stir. Refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve: Ladle approximately 3 ounces into stemless wine glass or punch cup. Top each glass with dash of classic bitters. Garnish with cherry and pineapple slice.

1 ounce Shellback Spiced Rum

3/4 ounce Light Orange Juice

3/4 ounce Pineapple Juice

1/4 ounce Lemon Juice

1/4 ounce Grenadine

Dash of Classic Bitters

Maraschino Cherry & Pineapple Slice Garnish – optional

Combine all liquids except bitters in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with dash of classic bitters. Garnish with cherry and pineapple if desired.
