Splash of Pomegranate Liqueur

Splash of Sweet and Sour Mix

Fill with Lemon-Lime Soda

1 part Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

2 parts lemonade

Squeeze of lime

Splash of cranberry juice

Splash of orange juice

Splash of simple syrup

2 parts pineapple juice

Splash of cranberry juice

Garnish with a lime

 

Basil Twist

1 part Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

1 part Effen Vodka

2 parts cranberry juice

1/2 part DeKuyper Triple Sec

Squeeze of lime

1 part Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

Fill with champagne

 

Fill champagne flute with Basil Hayden’s and champagne. (Approximately 1:4 ratio)

 

Silver Quinella

Jackie Patterson, San Francisco

3/4 ounce Marie Brizard Apry

2 ounces Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

1/5 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 ounce Cynar

1/4 ounce Egg White

 

Dry shake all ingredients for 15 seconds, add ice and hard shake for another 20 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with fresh lemon twist and marigold petals.

6 torn mint leaves

1/4 part DeKuyper Tropical Mango liqueur

1-1/2 part Lime Sour Mix

1/2 part DeKuyper Triple Sec Liqueur

1-1/2 part Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

Mint leaf for garnish

Lime twist for garnish

 

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.  Shake well.  Strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lime twist and mint leaf.

 

Hot Chocolate Delight

1-1/2 ounce Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

3/4 ounce DeKuyper Hazelnut Liqueur

1/2 ounce DeKuyper Crème de Menthe

Hot chocolate

 

Pour all ingredients in a pre-heated mug ensuring that the hot chocolate is streaming hot. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with green crème de menthe.

1-1/2 ounce Basil Hayden bourbon

3/4 ounce Cointreau

1/2 ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

1/2 ounce Honey Syrup

1 Egg White

Cinnamon Stick

 

Combine Basil Hayden, Cointreau, lemon juice, honey syrup and egg white into mixing glass. Shake and strain up into a cocktail glass. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.

1 ounce Basil Hayden

1/2 ounce DeKuyper Luscious Strawberry Patch

1/2 ounce Fresh Lemon Sour

Champagne

 

Shake all but champagne in a cocktail shaker.   Strain into a chilled champagne flute.  Top with champagne and serve with a small fresh strawberry on the rim.

 

Basil Hayden’s Bourbon Cocktail

2 ounces Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

3/4 ounce Cointreau

2 ounces Orange Juice

3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters

 

Combine in a mixing glass.  Shake with ice.  Strain into a glass with ice. 

 

Basil Hayden Spice

1-1/2 ounce Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

1-1/2 ounce Apple Juice

1-1/2 ounce Cranberry Juice

Steaming Hot Water

 

Pour all ingredients in a pre-heated* glass coffee mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

To pre-heat a glass or mug, simply fill with hot water and dump just prior to filling with ingredients.

A Splash of OJ

 

Fill the remainder of flute with your favorite champagne. Garnish with a twist or Orange.

 

Peter Pan Punch

1-1/2 ounce Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

1/2 ounce Luxardo Maraschino liqueur

1/2 ounce Lemon Juice

1/4 ounce Simple Sugar

Middle half of a Pixie Mandarin

 

In a mixing glass, muddle Mandarin and add simple sugar, lemon juice, and Bourbon.  Add ice and shake well.  Pour into a double rocks glass and enjoy!

3/4 ounce Noilly Pratt Dry

Vermouth

1/2 ounce Creole Shrubb

1/4 ounce Benedictine

 

Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed lemon twist.

1 ounce Barenjager

1/2 ounce Basil Hayden’s Bourbon

1 ounce of honey syrup (1:1 ratio water/honey)

1/2 ounce Milk

1/2 ounce Honey Vinegar (1:1/2 ratio Champagne Vinegar/Honey)

1/4 ounce Orange Juice

Whole Egg

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.   Dry shake for one minute.  Add ice and shake one more minute. Strain into a coupe glass.
