Non-alcoholic Mocktail recipes contain no alcohol for those who do not drink, wish to remain sober as the designated driver, want a little refreshment for in between drinks or love variation for non-drinking hours.

6 Fresh Strawberries

1/2 measure Raspberry Syrup

1-1/2 measure Orange Juice

1-1/2 measure Club Soda

Muddle 5 fresh strawberries and the raspberry syrup in mixing glass. Add orange juice with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into champagne flute. Top with club soda. Garnish with remaining strawberry.

Fragaria is the technical name for Strawberry. Ironically strawberries are not actually berries.

Gingerly by the Nape

Gingerly by the Nape is the Mocktail version of the classic Horse’s Neck drink recipe classic. Keep in mind classic bitters contains a fraction of alcohol, but two dashes in this size cocktail will not retain a viable affect for those wishing to maintain designated driver status.  For those staying clear of alcohol completely, leave out the bitters completely.
