Non-alcoholic Mocktail recipes contain no alcohol for those who do not drink, wish to remain sober as the designated driver, want a little refreshment for in between drinks or love variation for non-drinking hours.

Citrus Slipper

Many restaurants and bars have taken to consumer demand for alcohol free “cocktails” alternatives for those wearing the designated driver hat, pregnant women enjoying an evening out and those who just prefer a non-alcoholic liquid libation. That is where Mocktail design becomes the highlight and creativity steals the show.

Citrus Sipper

1 ounce Lime Cordial

3 ounces Cranberry Juice

3 ounces White Grapefruit Juice

Ginger Ale

Orange Wedge Garnish

2 ounces Apple Juice

2/3 ounce Honey – to taste

Maraschino Cherry Garnish

Combine liquids in cocktail shaker no ice. Shake to dissolve honey. Pour into highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Peach Fizz

Ease into the work week with a fizzy fruited recipe sure to kick start your Monday. Mix up this fruit filled drink recipe for the entire office and offer up a toast to starting the week off just peachy!

1 – 32 ounce bottle Peach Bellini Cocktail Mixer – non-alcoholic

1 – Quart bottle Peach Nectar

12 ounces Pineapple Juice

Club Soda

Grenadine

Peach Slice or Lemon Twist Garnish – optional

Combine Peach Bellini Cocktail Mixer, peach nectar and pineapple juice together in a pitcher.  Stir. Pour into a tall glass over ice leaving an inch and a quarter at the top of the glass. Top off with Club Soda. Add a splash (1/4 to 1/2 ounce) of grenadine drizzled over the top. The Peach Fizz is also perfect for parties since it is a pitcher size recipe.

Lemon Twist Garnish

Place 2 ounces Naked Mighty Mango in a champagne flute. Slowly top off with four ounces of Club soda.  Lemon twist garnish is optional. Total calories for one cocktail: 37.5

Incorporating tropical non-alcoholic fun into the summer sipping atmosphere is a good way to stretch the long sunny days into long summer nights.

1 ounce Apricot Nectar

1-1/2 ounce Coco Lopez Coconut Cream

1 ounce Half & Half

Fresh Pineapple Garnish

Combine all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until thoroughly combined. Strain into a tall decorative glass over ice. Garnish with skewer of pineapple or frilly umbrella.

3/4 ounce Simple Syrup

1/2 ounce Vanilla Flavored Syrup

3/4 ounce Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Club Soda

Fresh Mint Leaves to Garnish

Muddle fresh mint leaves with simple syrup, vanilla coffee syrup and lime juice in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add ice. Shake to chill. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. *Vanilla flavored syrup can be found in the coffee aisle of your local grocer.

3 Teaspoons Nescafe Cap Colombie

1/2 Can Peaches in Light Syrup

7 ounces Ice Cold Milk

1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Few Drops Vanilla or Almond Essence (optional)

Fresh Mint Sprig Garnish

Dissolve Nescafe Cap Colombie in 4 tablespoons of boiling water. Pour all the ingredients into a blender except the mint. Mix until smooth. Pour into decorative glass. Garnish with sprig of mint. Serve immediately.

Kiwi Colada

Decadent fresh fruit flavor. Coconut comes through lightly rather than with sweetened bite. Faint watermelon in the background finished this drink off to completion. Pale green color makes this drink a fun choice for St. Patrick’s Day.

1 Fresh Kiwi – peeled & sliced

1 measure Cream of Coconut

6 Fresh Pineapple Chunks

12 ounces Ice

Kiwi Slice Garnish

Place all ingredients except garnish in blender with ice. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into goblet or decorative cocktail glass. Garnish with kiwi slice.

1 measure Brewed Coffee

2 tablespoons Caramel Sauce

Sugar Rim Garnish

Whipped Cream & Cocoa Sprinkles

Lightly rim edge of heat resistant mug with light coat of caramel. Dip rim into sugar. Add 2 tablespoons caramel to bottom of prepared mug. Top with fresh hot chocolate and fresh brewed coffee. Garnish with dollop of whipped cream and cocoa sprinkles.
