O Boy! Berries & Cream Mocktail recipe - created by The IntoxicologistO Boy! Berries & Cream – created by The Intoxicologist

4 Strawberries

1/4 ounce Smuckers Boysenberry Syrup

3 ounces Half & Half

Whipped Cream optional

Strawberry Garnish

1/4 ounce Smuckers Boysenberry Syrup Garnish

Muddle four strawberries in the bottom of a mixing glass.  Add 1/4 ounce boysenberry syrup, half & half and ice.  Shake until contents thoroughly combined and well chilled.  Strain into a large wine glass filled half with ice.  Top with whipped cream if desired.  Drizzle boysenberry syrup over the top.  Place cut strawberry on the side of the glass.

Even without the whipped cream garnish this Mocktail recipe turns out heavenly with its frothy, creamy base that strawberry fruity delicious without being over the top sweet.  Boysenberry syrup gives the Oh Boy! Berries & Cream Mocktail a hint of sweet with layer of lush flavor it needs for beauty, color and richness.  For seasons strawberries are not in seasons and the fruit lends itself to a little more tart than sweet, add a smidge more boysenberry syrup to dial up the flavor and keep this Mocktail an ‘Oh Boy!’ treat year round.
