Granulated Sugar

Rim shot glass with sugar. Set aside. Heat Irish cream liqueur in microwave for approximately 15 to 20 seconds. Pour immediately into prepared sugar rimmed shot glass.

3 measures Irish Cream

1 measure Irish Whiskey

1 shot cooled Espresso

Place liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate or espresso beans if desired.

Spice up your morning coffee routine with flavor from the baker’s pantry. It’s easy to add a few spices to the coffee filter basket for infusion flavor with without the fuss.

1/4 teaspoon Ground Cardamom

1/4 teaspoon Sugar

Fresh Ground Coffee Beans

Place cinnamon, ground cardamom and coffee beans in coffee filter. Brew full pot of coffee as coffee maker directs.

1-1/2 measure Dark Rum

1-1/2 measure Half & Half

Honey – to taste

Whipped Cream & Cinnamon Garnish

Place rum and half & half in heat resistant mug. Top with fresh brewed spiced coffee. Add honey to taste. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired. Variations: Use Irish Cream or Cinnamon Bun coffee creamer in place of Half & Half and honey. Use Tequila in place of Rum if desired.

1/3 measure Irish Cream

1/3 measure Camarena Silver Tequila

Layer liquids in shot glass in order given. Layer liquids by placing Butterscotch Schnapps in bottom of glass. Slowly pour Irish Cream over back of bar spoon on top of schnapps. Finish with layer of Camarena Tequila Silver poured over back of bar spoon on top of Irish Cream. Liquids can also be shaken over ice and strained into shot glass if preferred.

1/4 measure Chocolate Liqueur

1/4 measure White Chocolate Liqueur

Chocolate Syrup

Swirl chocolate syrup inside chilled martini glass. Combine remaining liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into prepared martini glass.
