O Boy Berries & Cream – recipe and photo by Mixologist Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist

Even without the whipped cream garnish this Mocktail recipe turns out heavenly with its frothy, creamy base that is strawberry fruity delicious without being over the top sweet. Boysenberry syrup gives the Oh Boy! Berries & Cream Mocktail a hint of sweet with layer of lush flavor it needs for beauty, color and richness. When strawberries are not in seasons and the fruit lends itself to a little more tart than sweet, add a smidge more boysenberry syrup to dial up the flavor and keep this Mocktail an ‘Oh Boy!’ treat year round.
