The work week doesn’t seem so long when liquor holidays keep popping up midweek. This week is no exception with National Scotch Day falling fortuitously on Wednesday; #WhiskyWednesday in the land of Twitter. Though many savor Scotch neat or occasionally on the rocks, Scotch served in cocktails is also a wonderful diversion from the usual.
