The Yuzu Firecracker is an Asian inspired cocktail using a combination of tequila and flavored sparkling sake.

Yuzu Firecracker Cocktail Recipe

Yuzu Firecracker – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist

1 ounce Hornitos Plata Tequila

1-1/2 sake2me Yuzu Citrus

1 inch Gourmet Garden Ginger Spice Blend

1/4 to 1/2 inch Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper Spice Blend

2 ounces Mango Juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Make sure the ginger and chili spice are completely integrated into the mixture. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
