‘Dem Apples – Parlor Steakhouse by Ben Clemons
Six apple slices – 1/8th inch thick
2 measures Spiced Rum
1 measure Cinnamon Infused Simple Syrup*
1 Lemon Wedge
Muddle five apple slices, simple syrup and lemon wedge in mixing glass. Add spiced rum and ice. Shake to blend and chill. Double strain into large rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with remaining apple slice. *Pinch of cinnamon spice with regular simple syrup will suffice if cinnamon infused simple syrup is not available.
