1/2 measure Blue Curacao
1 measure Sour Mix
1-1/2 measure Brut Champagne
Combine vodka, Blue Curacao and sour mix in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled cocktail glass or champagne flute. Top with chilled champagne.
