Tommy Bahama Cafés have released the Frost Bite martini as part of the ‘Midnight Martini’ series. The Frost Bite martini shows up just in time for holiday celebrations and New Year’s Eve.
Authentic 12 degree weather and pearly white snow seemed like the perfect photographic background for this particular cocktail. But you might want to take sipping indoors. Tommy Bahama brings the sunny tropics to a white covered Christmas and New Year holiday new you this season.
The Frost Bite Martini is a quick build cocktail that eases you into relaxation mode with friends making holiday entertaining a breeze.
Frost Bite Martini Recipe
Frost Bite
2-1/2 ounces Tommy Bahama White Sand Rum
3/4 ounce Triple Sec
3/4 ounce Sour Mix
1/4 ounce Raspberry Liqueur
Lime Twist Garnish
Sugar
Rim chilled martini glass with fresh lime. Dip rim into sugar. Set aside. Place rum, triple sec and sour mix in in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into prepared glass. Slowly pour raspberry liqueur cocktail mixture so it sinks to bottom of the glass. Garnish with lime twist.
