The Blackberry Scot is refreshing for summer sipping, but lush enough for winter if you wish. I used bottled Golden Oolong Tea for ease of preparation for this drink, but use fresh brewed tea if desired. Tea adds a tinge of dryness to the back end of this nicely balanced, lightly sweetened drink.
