Señor Patrick’s Salud layered shot tastes like a slightly spiced butterball. It is buttery, full bodied on the tongue and sweetened with hint of tequila spice.

Señor Patrick’s Salud – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist
1/2 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 ounce Irish Cream
1/2 ounce Camarena Silver Tequila
Layer liquids in shot glass in order given. Layer liquids by placing Butterscotch Schnapps in bottom of glass. Slowly pour Irish Cream over back of bar spoon on top of schnapps. Finish with layer of Camarena Tequila Silver poured over back of bar spoon on top of Irish Cream. Liquids can also be shaken over ice and strained into shot glass if preferred.
