Sonoma County and Napa County are the key growing regions for the Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2009. Sonoma County presents vibrant red and black fruits, bringing mineral edge to the finished product. Napa County offers rich black fruit, imparting graceful mouthfeel to the wine. Grapes are farmed in high elevation sites for rich, intense character.

“This Cabernet has distinct flavors of blackberry, blueberry, red and black currants with enticing fragrances of mocha and nutmeg. Subtle notes of slate, cedar and tobacco leaf round out the fine grained tannins on the finish.” – Randy Ullom, Winemaster
