Plymouth Gin ventures to the creative side with this take on the Bacon Lettuce & Tomato – deli sandwich. This cool PBLT takes a little more effort with the vegetable water ice cubes. But how refreshing and delightful the outcome must be when the flavors release and combine with classic gin. This is a must see, must try, must tell me how you like it drink recipe.
Plymouth Gin Bacon Lettuce Tomato Cocktail Recipe

1 ounce Plymouth Gin
1 cube of Lettuce Water*
1 cube of Tomato Water*
Vinegar
Dehydrated Bacon Dust
Rim one side of a rocks glass lip with vinegar. Roll in dehydrated bacon dust. Set aside. Place a lettuce cube and tomato cube in glass. Top with gin.
Tomato Water Cubes
Juice or hand strain tomatoes to make 16 ounces of tomato water. Add 1 teaspoon White Pepper, 1 pinch Fleur de Sel, 4 ounces Fresh Lemon Juice, 4 dashes Tabasco to the tomato water. Stir liquid and spices. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
Lettuce Water Cubes
Juice 2 heads of iceberg lettuce to make 14 ounces of lettuce water. Add 1 teaspoon White Pepper, 1 pinch Fleur de Sel and 4 ounces Fresh Lemon Juice. Stir liquid and spices. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
