Red Rye

Jim Beam Rye: Wheaty like a cracker. Grassy, grainy. Not harsh on the nose. 80 proof. This particular rye is sort of non-descript compared to others I have sampled and reviewed. A little spice to it. Taste: Definite burn. Spice
