Mexican Manhattan
2 measures Tequila
1/2 – 3/4 measure Sweet Vermouth*
2 – 3 dashes Classic Bitters
Maraschino Cherry Garnish
Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Stir or shake according to preference. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry. *Vary sweet vermouth according to sweetness preference.
