March 17 is St. Patrick’s Day

Batida de Shamrock

5 ounces Cachaca

6 lime halves- fresh squeezed

4 ounces Coconut Syrup

6 ounces Horchata (cinnamon rice milk)

15-20 sprigs of mint

Squeeze the juice of 6 lime halves into blender and add mint sprigs, coconut syrup, and horchata. Add crushed ice to the blender and add Leblon. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a mint sprig. Makes 2.
