Diamond Fizz

2 measures Gin

1 measure Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Simple Syrup

Brut Champagne

Combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with brut champagne.
