The Snow Caps shot is minty fresh with warming from the tequila. When served in a round shot glass this reminds me of a snowball. Bundle up and warm your insides!
Snow Caps Shot Recipe
Snow Caps – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist
1/2 ounce Silver Tequila
1/2 ounce Clear Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 ounce Heavy Cream
Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into shot glass.
Make this recipe Halloween worthy. Place tequila and schnapps in bottom of shot glass. Slowly drip heavy cream over top. It will look like a white “brain” suspended in liquid.
