We all know how fun cotton candy was to eat as a kid. It can be equally fun to sip now that we are adults. Some Cotton Candy drinks call for a fluff of real cotton candy in the drink. Others call for it as garnish. This Cotton Candy drink doesn’t have any fluff in it, but it just might bring back a few sweet memories.

December 7 is National Cotton Candy Day. Think like a kid. Sip like an adult.

Cotton Candy Drink Recipe

Cotton Candy – recipe by Mixologist Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist

2 ounces Moscato Wine

1 ounce Pink Passion Fruit Infused Liqueur

1 ounce Pineapple Juice

Peach Slice Garnish – optional

Build in large rocks glass or highball glass over ice. Garnish with peach slice if desired.

I used Barefoot wine and X-Rated Fusion Liqueur during the creation process. Kinky Liqueur is similar, but not exactly the same as the X-Rated brand in taste.
