This is the “Oh, My!” of Apple Martinis. Barefoot Pinot Grigio provides just enough tang to the traditional cocktail with overtones of apple sweetly kissed by amaretto. St. Patrick’s Day never tasted so good!
Barefoot Lucky Clover Recipe
Barefoot Lucky Clover – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist
2-1/2 ounces Barefoot Pinot Grigio
1 ounce Sour Apple Schnapps
1 ounce Apple Juice
1/2 ounce Amaretto Syrup
Rim Garnish: Equal parts Powered Ginger, Sugar, and Powdered Lime
Slide lime around half the rim of chilled cocktail glass. Dip dampened rim into rim garnish mixture. Set aside. Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into prepared glass. Option: Skip ginger rim and garnish with Granny Smith Apple slice.
