This variation on the Madras classic drink takes on a new personality when grapefruit vodka is exchanged for ordinary vodka. What a difference substitution makes. The Windswept Madras is light with hint of grapefruit bitter. This is ideal for breezy sipping. And it’s lower calorie, so no guilt!
Windswept Madras – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist
1 ounce Grapefruit Vodka
2-1/2 ounces Light Cranberry Juice
1-1/4 ounce Trop50 Orange Juice
Grapefruit Slice Garnish
Combine liquids in highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
