Gold Rush Cocktail Variations

When I ran across the Gold Rush cocktail recipe it sounded so good I wanted to make it right then and there on the spot, but I was out of honey. Honey bourbon liqueur makes the perfect substitution!

The Gold Rush cocktail is similar to a Whiskey Sour. The difference between the two: Honey Syrup. Substitute Honey Bourbon Liqueur for a delicious variation. More variations include using Irish whiskey rather than bourbon or ginger liqueur in place of the honey syrup.
