Crazy Cow is a layered shot. It’s simple to layer shots if you have a steady hand and are prepared to take a slower pace when pouring. Denser liquids are placed on the bottom of the glass with less dense or less heavy liquids on top. Creamed liqueurs usually float easily on top of thick sugared liqueurs.

If you would rather not layer the Crazy Cow shot, that’s okay too. Throw the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it up like a mad cow and strain it into the shot glass. Truly, the shot will taste the same. Stirred all up or layered, the ingredients remain the same.

1 ounce Chocolate Vodka

Place chocolate vodka in bottom of shot glass. Slowly layer Irish cream over top by gently pouring cream over back of bar spoon into shot glass.

Or… Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into shot glass.
