Tasting Notes
Color: Deep red / bronze
Aroma: Caramel, caramelized fruits, cherry, toasted vanilla
Tasted Neat: Deep honey lingers long after sipping. Nut skin with simmered fruits. Cherry is light. A bit like sipping liquid gold. Lemon peel. Full and rich. Virtually no burn at all.
Mouth Feel: Exceedingly smooth. Excellent roll over the tongue feel. Amazing mouthfeel. Creamy and lush.
Possible Uses, Pairings and / or Cocktails: Neat, splash of water or with a few rocks.
This just might be my new favorite in the Woodford line. It’s a little less sweet than Woodford Reserve. Full flavored. Simply Delicious.
