The Count Camillo cocktail includes the primary bittersweet component of the classic Negroni while adding beautiful fruit notes rather than gin. Lovely Campari dry bitterness combines with grapefruit juice in a truly glorious way. Count Camillo – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist

1 ounce Campari

1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth

1-1/2 ounce Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

1/2 ounce Trop50 Orange Juice

Grapefruit Twist Garnish

Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
