I’ve done my fair share of over indulging at the breakfast, lunch and dinner table. Those in between meal nosh sessions…yes, they count too. Though I dislike counting Happy Hour as part of the daily calorie count session, the scale begs to differ.
The thing is; I’m not a quitter. I refuse to give up meals, snacks or Happy Hours. I would really rather just take the battery out of the scale or hit the gym for an extra round of…oh, who am I kidding?! The gym doesn’t really top my list of faves either. I feel good once there, but rolling out of bed at 5:30am never puts a smile on my face.
So, every once in a while a lower calorie cocktail is in order. I like to sip skinnier without feeling like I’m losing out on full size flavor. This Creamsicle cocktail keeps the calories within reason at about 138 calories. It has nice citrus tart to sweet layering of flavors with lovely aroma. It is also a full sized drink rather than some regular drink just cut in half.
