Sampler size cocktails are one of the hottest “new” trends in bars and restaurants nationwide. But really, smaller size cocktails make perfect sense and have been around for ages. Baileys Vanilla Silk Martini

1 ounce Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur

1 ounce Vanilla Vodka

1/2 ounce Amaretto Liqueur

Combine liquids in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a small chilled martini glass.
