Guatemalan Coffee Cooler is a nice way to start any holiday morning. My favorite time of the day is when it’s still dark outside and the house is super quiet. What a great time of day to collect thoughts and plan for the day ahead.
Guatemalan Coffee Cooler
1/2 ounce Zacapa Rum 23
1 ounce Baileys Salted Caramel Liqueur
1 ounce Fresh Coffee – chilled
1/4 ounce Allspice Dram
Cinnamon Stick
Place rum, Baileys liqueur and coffee in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Strain into a coffee mug. Top with Allspice Dram. Stir with cinnamon stick.
