Fun fact: Zacapa Rum 23 was one of the ingredients in the award winning La Cola Nostra cocktail created by Don Lee for the Averna cocktail competition many years ago. Don Lee won that competition with one hand tied behind his back so to speak. He broke his hand on his way to the competition, so he presented with one hand in a cast. Exceptional bartender!
Zacapa Nog
5 ounces Zacapa Rum 23
6 ounces Rice Milk
4 ounces Coconut Cream
3 ounces Simple Syrup
1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Orange Flower Water
Cinnamon Spice
Place all liquid ingredients in a large pitcher. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain to remove ice. Serve in rocks glasses. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
