Cline Cashmere wine generously contributes as a sponsor toward the Breast Cancer Network of Strength’s Ride to Empower. Breast Cancer Network of Strength’s Ride to Empower is an organization in its third year according to the website. Riders have joined together to raise almost $500,000 for the Breast Cancer Network of Strength. This year the ride begins and ends in Springdale, Utah, just outside Zion National Park. Breast Cancer Network of Strength “provides information you can trust with a survivor’s touch,” according to their website. While they do not offer medical advice, they do provide information from trusted sources on topics concerning breast cancer that are often encountered along the journey. These topics include emotional support as well as information directly connected with the medical aspects of breast cancer. The site is extremely informative. Ride to Empower also has a blog for more information about the ride.
Aside from the huge importance of being involved in assisting the Breast Cancer Network of Strength’s Ride to Empower, Cline Cashmere wine actually tastes delicious at an affordable price. The wine is a blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah. It prices out around $21.
Official Winemaker Tasting Notes
We initially created this blend as an auction lot for the Hospice du Rhone held in Paso Robles each year. Cashmere is a very flavorful, smooth wine offering big cherry, raspberry and chocolate notes with hints of cracked black pepper and plum.
