Rousing Red Ginger Drink Recipe
Rousing Red Ginger – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist
1-1/2 ounce Red Stag Black Cherry by Jim Beam
1/2 to 3/4 ounce Garden Gourmet Ginger Spice
2 ounces Looza Peach Nectar
2 ounces Republic of Tea Ginger Peach – prepare and cool
Crystallized Ginger Garnish
Tea preparation: Prepare tea according to package directions. Allow to cool before use.
Place Red Stag, ginger, peach nectar and tea in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into a tall glass or wine goblet over fresh ice. Garnish with a piece of crystallized ginger.
