St Croix Surfer

The St Croix Surfer is an easy cocktail to convert into a punch or pitcher size drink for a crowd. Multiple each ingredient in this recipe by twelve to make a pitcher or punch size recipe. There will be just a smidge extra Cruzan Guava Rum left in the bottle. Go ahead and pour it in the pitcher! A little extra won’t hurt. Stir the mixture and refrigerate it until you are ready to serve. Pour over ice, garnish with grapefruit twists and add the extra rum float if you so desire. It’s yummy!
