Low Calorie Tequila Cocktail Recipe: Mang-Oro
The scent of Oro de Jalisco Tequila comes through as well as a hint in the taste. There is just enough to let one know Tequila is exactly the flavor of the day, but not too much to overwhelm the entirety of the drink. Mango rounds out the orange juice giving the Mang-Oro terrific flavor, yet still comes in at approximately 96 calories. Make this a Tequila Sunset type cocktail by adding fresh blueberry and raspberry puree to the bottom of the martini glass before straining in the liquid for beautiful effect and minimal calorie bump.
Mang-Oro – created by The Intoxicologist
1 ounce Oro de Jalisco Silver Tequila
1-1/2 ounce Tropicana Trop50
1 ounce Bolthouse Farms Amazing Mango
Orange Twist Garnish
Combine liquids in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange twist.
