Wild Blackberry – recipe by Cheri Loughlin, The Intoxicologist
2 ounces Coconut Water
1-1/2 ounce Silver Rum
1/4 Fresh Lime – Squeezed
1/4 ounce Raspberry Syrup Sugar Free
3 Blackberries Garnish – optional
Muddle blackberries and coconut water in mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with skewered blackberries. Total approximate calories: 117 calories.
