I must admit, I’ve become quite hooked on Sangria this summer. Especially white wine Sangria. When I pick up berries at the store the creative wheels in my head start turning thinking what wonderful cocktails and sangrias I could make. The raspberries lately have been so plump and juicy. When ripe peaches started showing up I knew… it was time to make Sweet Raspberry Peach Sangria.
This Sweet Raspberry Peach Sangria with Moscato white wine is lightly sweet, pucker me perfect with ripe flavors of raspberry and plump peaches. There is a bit of citrus splash refreshment finishing out the flavor. So perfect for summer.

Sweet Raspberry Peach Sangria Notes, Tips and Tricks
Right now fresh peaches are easy to find. That might not be the case if you are in the mood for this delicious sangria in the middle of November or February. I love using fresh fruit when possible, but opt for frozen fruit when necessary. Look for sliced frozen peaches with no sugar added. You can find raspberries too, but they do not hold their shape or flavor quite as well once frozen.
Choose a Moscato with peach or apricot notes with hints of citrus. The finish should be crisp for plenty of refreshing fruit flavor in your Sangria. Many vineyards place tasting notes right on the back label so you can get a feel for what’s inside the bottle before purchasing. No need to go for pricy bottles of Moscato when making Sangria. A moderately priced bottle in the $6 to $10 range works perfectly.
