Summer Blush: Campari, Grapefruit, Bubbly Pink Moscato -

Summer Blush is a full mouth-feel cocktail using potable bitters, grapefruit juice and grenadine. The bitterness of Camparit combines with fruited sweetness rather nicely.

Summer Blush Recipe

Summer Blush – created by Cheri Loughlin

1/2 ounce Campari

2 ounces Grapefruit Juice

2 ounces Pink Moscato Sparkling Champagne

1/4 ounce Grenadine

Lemon Twist Garnish

Combine Campari, grapefruit juice and grenadine in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with lemon twist.
